I noticed that my blog has been neglected for the last several weeks. I went to Idaho, threw out my back that weekend and just yesterday went to the physical therapist again.
The good news is that I loved the photos I took in Idaho and my physical therapist had me feeling better by the end of my time in his office; about one hour.
