well, I'm off to Park City for a couple days. maybe this bird can keep you company while I'm gone.
I went to the orthopedic specialist today for my back. He thinks I need to loose weight. no sh*t.
On the bright side, he things the 25 pounds I need to loose are so important for my back, that he wrote me a prescription for this weight loss clinic (drug free) and supposedly my insurance will pay for it. Screw weight watchers. I'm ridin' the insurance on this one.
