oh my gosh.
I think the Gods must have had a meeting and decided that since part of the family was off throwing money at a giant mouse that we needed to be punished with bodily afflictions.
Quinton responded well to breathing treatments the last time, so we have started those again and he can stay out of the hospital as long as he keeps eating. Say a little prayer for him.
Some of the neighborhood offspring were out doorbell ditching last week and accidentally (?) busted one of the main water valves in the lawn. One of the little girls rang my bell to confess. Girls rock.
I broke plenty of things when I was a kid and so I really was just glad they spilled the beans and I gave them all the " the most important thing is that you told the truth" speech. Really, I just hope that it brings me good Karma when my boys are old enough to scour the neighborhood, impressing girls and breaking main water valves. It repaired easy enough.
I do have some good news...I turned on our sprinklers today and not a single one is broken. This is a small miracle, especially considering the fact that we forgot to turn off the irrigation water last fall. oops.
I went to a Scrapbook Expo last night. One of my friends got me a ticket to come and hang out for a couple of hours.
I haven't been to one in a long time and it was fun to walk around the vendors, checking out what was being offered to me a bargain, close-out prices.
Not a lot struck my fancy but I did manage to pick up an amy butler bag. For cheap.
I loved it. So I had to have it. I still love it and am glad I got it. I wish I had 2. It's fancy.Randy will be home tomorrow. I hope he had lots of sleep in Anaheim because it's my turn. You know you look like hell when your friends say, "oh, you look tired" or "wow, what's wrong" or "hey, are you sick? You should get some rest."
And rest I shall.
