Mothers Day

About 30 minutes from the house, there's an old steam engine that still runs. Boston knows all about it and loves it.
He's been a train enthusiast since he was about 2 years old and seems to still be going strong.
Tickets to ride it can be pricey, we usually just do it for Christmas.
However, for Mother's Day, they let Moms ride free. So on Saturday, for a mere $16.00 Boston and I took the scenic train.

He loved it and so I loved it. He's growing up fast and I love making memories like this with him.

We started out in the outside cars:
Got cold and moved inside:

Became cheezy tourists who take their own photos:


Then went back outside in time for the scenery. Boston's best comment for the day was, "there are a lot of beautiful things up here". I would have to agree.
