Dad and I got all the sheet rock up yesterday in the bathroom and last night we laid the sub-floor and then today we laid the tile. I took some time off from my day job and this so physically challenging, I'm used to sitting behind a desk. Even though it was a lot of work, it's fun to see this come together and it's great to see a project start to take form and then near completion.
Once again, Dad has a lot of faith in me and just gives me some good instruction and turns me loose. I laid (and cut) the majority of the tile and will continue to take credit as long as it looks good, doesn't crack and you don't hear anything when you walk on it, otherwise, it was him all the way.
